Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the js9 platform at js9.club — including the casino, sportsbook, crash games, live dealer tables, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its content, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of the js9 platform immediately and refrain from registering an account.

These Terms apply to all users of the js9 platform regardless of how they access it — whether via a desktop browser, a mobile browser on an Android or iOS device, or any other compatible means of access. These Terms apply across all product categories including but not limited to online slots, live casino, crash games such as Monster Crash and Mines, and sports betting markets covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey.

js9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" stated at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the js9 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account. js9 enforces these requirements without exception and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the js9 platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by js9 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating an account.
• You must not have had a prior js9 account closed for a terms violation, fraud, or responsible gaming breach.

js9 reserves the right to require age and identity verification at any point — including at the time of the first withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one js9 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact js9 support immediately to resolve the situation.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration, or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

• Your js9 username must not impersonate another person, entity, or brand.
• Your password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• js9 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• You must notify js9 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• js9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all js9 accounts and is strongly recommended for all players.

Deposits & Withdrawals

js9 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods used on your js9 account must be registered in your own name. Using a payment method that belongs to another person is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount on js9 is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. js9 does not charge platform-side processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside js9's control and are your responsibility to verify independently.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your js9 balance within two minutes of a successful transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within js9's standard turnaround window, which is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• js9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same js9 account, unless otherwise approved by the compliance team.
• js9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, telecommunications infrastructure, or banking systems outside js9's direct control.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting js9 support are treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

js9 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet all stated eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit requirements and account verification status.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• js9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, particularly in cases where abuse or exploitation of a promotion is suspected.
• Bonuses claimed using the same device, IP address, or payment method as another account may be voided and the associated balance forfeited.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.

Game Rules & Fair Play

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the js9 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through lawful casino gaming and sports betting — and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the js9 platform.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using the js9 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the js9 platform's software, infrastructure, or data systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the js9 platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated exploitation of sports betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward js9 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to process payments via stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods.

js9 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using a combination of automated fraud detection systems and human review. If you become aware of any activity on the platform that you believe constitutes a breach of these Terms, please report it to [email protected] immediately.

Account Suspension & Closure

js9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or a responsible gaming self-exclusion request made by the account holder or an authorised third party on their behalf.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their js9 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all outstanding bonus wagering requirements and verification checks have been resolved.

• A self-exclusion request results in immediate account restriction. Re-opening a self-excluded account is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and re-verification.
• Accounts closed by js9 for Terms violations will not have outstanding balances returned where those balances were derived from the prohibited activity.
• js9 will retain records of closed accounts for as long as required by applicable data retention regulations, even after the account has been closed.
• Players who believe their account has been closed in error may appeal the decision by writing to [email protected] with supporting documentation.
